(English version)
These are the copyright rules of the LVI2023 conference.
Author assures that he has all copyright use rights on his/her work; no
other rights exists.
Author is obliged to inform the publisher of risks of violation of
personality rights.
Author grants and assigns to the main editor Prof. Dr. Dr. Erich Schweighofer
the exclusive, permanent, world-wide, transferable, sub-licensable and
unlimited user rights (e.g. to reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, make
available etc.).
No remuneration is paid to the author. A copy of the proceedings (PDF, if
available in print) will be given to authors as remuneration.
The author can publish their work on their own commercial website.
After the commercial window (e.g. 2 years, very often earlier, at the
discretion of Prof. Dr. Dr. Schweighofer), a Gold Open Access policy will be
applied. The final published version of your
article is permanently and freely available online for anyone, anywhere to
read. The “commercial window” is the compensation for the otherwise usual
article publication charge. You can then: share your research with everybody,
keep your copyright for post-publication, publish under a license with few or
no restrictions for re-use of the work. In all cases, credit must be given to
the original publication in the IRIS proceedings. Licenses agreed by Prof. Dr.
Dr. Schweighofer remain valid but loose the exclusivity.
